Qualifications

•  Must have a stable source of income
  (examples: Social Security, SSI/SSA, VA benefits, disability income, or other consistent income) 
• Must be able to pay the monthly flat rate consistently 
• A $60 non-refundable application fee is required

•  Must be able to live independently without supervision 
• Must be responsible for: 
  • Personal hygiene 
  • Medication management (if applicable) 
  • Daily living activities 

• Applicants may have a criminal record 
• However, applicants cannot have: 
  1. Violent offenses 
  2. Sexual offenses

• Applicants must be able to safely and peacefully live in a shared environment 
• Individuals with conditions that may require ongoing supervision or may pose a safety risk to others may not be eligible
